Moved here back in 2021 and left in 2023. This place had (likely still has) serious black mold in the walls, the laundry rooms were badly maintained, and the pool was never usable. Visible signs of decay in and around the buildings. Don't move here. I had breathing issues and brain fog for a year after I left this place because it took a while for the black mold to work its way out of my system.

Can’t complain, decent apartments very quiet and Great Management. Joan is the new Manager of these apartments and I have to say that she is the best apartment manager that has been here ever since I have been here. I appreciate your patience and understanding. Would recommend to anyone.

It's been challenging here, I moved in June 2023, and I was told that the pool would be open, to find out that it hasn't been opened for 4 years. The laundry rooms are trashed half the time from the homeless and there's been three different leasing companies that have been here since I moved in. The cost of living here is high for the lack of amenities available for us. Pay for water and garbage that doesn't get taken care of. No property manager on site. Just sad when this property has potential but no one is really invested in the property. I'm looking for a place a few blocks away that's two to three hundred less a month for the same option as here. I don't want to do that but this property has to make changes for the current tenants, and to draw in tenants that will want to stay. The l

I moved in here around December 2023. The first thing I noticed was how bad the laungry rooms were. There were feces on the wall and on the floor. Pee jugs everywhere. The smell was so horrible. Imagine the worst thing you've ever smelled and 10x that smell. Our bathroom and bedroom have mold growing. We have told the landlord, and nothing has happened. My roommate poured grease down our kitchen sink, and the upstairs water was coming out of our kitchen drain and going on the floor. Maintenance came and told us to run the hot water, and if that doesn't work, let us know, and we will have to get someone with a pump line. They never respond to issues when help is needed especially parking and necessities. The pool hasn’t been open for 5 years and it’s not due to Covid as they say. The rent goes up and the quality of this place gets worse very disappointed do and be better :/
