Weichart represented the buyer of a property I was selling. The agent, Anjola Oladapo, was a disaster every step of the way. She communicated poorly and lied several times. She asked me if I could be available to show my property to the home inspector on Saturday at 9 AM (two days after Thanksgiving). I cancelled plans with my family out of state so I could adhere to Anjola’s request and assist in their 15 day closing timeline. Anjola and the inspector never showed up for the inspection. When she finally returned my call, she said the inspector cancelled the day before and asked to reschedule. However, she didn’t notify me of the request and she would not commit to a new time. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and I must say Mrs. Raashida Reed far exceeded our expectations! We were afraid of the entire buying a home process, and our team took the time to understand the desires of our future home, and were very patient with us. My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience…We are very thankful for Mrs. Raashida and her team; they were simply excellent! Anyone who is buying a home should have the experience that we did because the process can be stressful all in its self. Goodness, where do I begin, from improperly executed contracts (***he never confirmed that all documents were signed prior to listing***) to continuous attempts to represent us without a contract and STILL sending offers while UNAUTHORIZED to act on our behalf. These are only some of the poor business practices Felipe and this Brokerage Firm. Photos weren’t the quality I expected (soap left out, garbage cans not moved, little details that our previous agent would have picked up on) and they were also not virtually staged as promised, nor drone footage created either. Sale potentially lost because Felipe kept renegotiating the Commission with the Buyer’s agent, so it was very clear that his interests were not in selling our home, but to finagle a higher commission for himself and the other

I was looking for a home for no longer than a month and Jordan Barreto was able to help me find one. He got me $25,000 in closing cost (paid by the seller), while also being able to close my FHA loan within only 19 days.
