My mother with Terry Meola to look for a place to rent after hearing good things from people in the area. However, once the process begun she consistently showed us places out of budget and not what my mother was looking for at all. She grew frustrated and we began to feel pressured and uncomfortable discussing anything with her. We ended things with her soon after. I would recommend using a different relator from this location.

Rachel is a fantastic agent. With that said she chose to be the listing agent on a rental property located at 9 TRENTON PLACE NEWTON NJ 07860.She was informed of this landlords shortcomings and stated that the "paperwork" was already signed. This house is owned by DANIEL VARGHESE. If you are looking for a rental house in Sussex county do not rent this one. He has failed to maintain the house at multiple points throughout the lease for periods of 60-90 days. Some of these items include lights in a bedroom that were tripping the circuit breaker to the entire house, the oven, the ac, leaking sinks, the bath tub leaks into the laundry room. I would highly recommend using Louis Cicenia of Weichert Realtors, located in Roxbury, NJ. Louis was very thorough, pleasant and patient, while making sure all information was provided and understood. I found Louis in search of a rental property recently, and from the very first time we connected until the day I signed my lease agreement, was only about 2 weeks. He was tuned in to what I was looking for, and didn't try to oversell me on more expensive properties. I hired the Succassunna NJ office to sell my home in Roxbury. They were useless and I asked to cancel my contract but they refused!!(Unheard of). My advice is stay away. You'd be better off just renting a lockbox.
