Unfortunately I have to admit that our experience with Monica who spoke highly of the tenants who she represented was the opposite of truth. The property was given to them in a brand new condition and they returned it unrecognizable. When they reached out to her over the phone when we were disputing the condition she mentioned it’s all perfect - wear and tear only. Also, according to her, them occupying the property after the expiration of the lease agreement is perfectly OK. The tenants never asked for permission to drill holes in to the walls, as an example. 26 unrepaired holes in 6’x10’ wall is according to them perfectly fine. Save yourselves the nerves and look elsewhere!
I have bought several homes through this brokerage and have received nothing but the finest level of service.
