AVOID AVOID AVOID! We signed a listing agreement a year ago with Varun Manchanda in August 2023. Bunch of promises nothing more. He promised to obtain financing for us. Nothing. Promised to market the property. Only thing he did was put the property on MLS. Complete bait and switch. Furthermore, he and his manager, John Burke, are refusing to remove our property off MLS even though our agreement ended in March 2024. We are still in shock how Weichert allows people like Manchada and Burke to market a listing without the owner’s permission or consent. Unprofessional and unethical. Avoid them if you are a seller.

Through this office I have had good and not so good as well. The last one was not even 24 hours I fired a Financial lender and a real estate agent represent me as a client first time ever. I think they need to improve on better customer relations to be honest. Christopher Lyons

Worst experience ever. Josephine Allen is a racist and asks direct questions profiling the buyer and then creates a harrowing experience for the buyer. She is demeaning and uses profanities. She remarks on personal body features and makes the environment very negative. She cancelled our showing 2 times before she agreed to show the house and even then her stance at the showing was aggressive and belittling. We walked out of the showing midway when as she continuously kept commenting with racial undertones. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!

Kristina was so helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our condo. We were first time home buyers and she was so responsive and professional. She’ll be the first person I call for all of my real estate needs for future properties.

The agent was personable, and she was very quick in setting up the appointment and in all communication. However, she did not know the answer to my very reasonable questions. Also, in my opinion, a better agent would have informed us of other options once the first one fell through. I did make the attempt to ask about another property but I don't think she heard me. Though helpful, she seemed to be in a rush. Maybe other agents are better, but I won't be going back to Weichert for anything.
