As sellers, our experience with this broker was very disappointing. While they may perform well from a buyer’s perspective, we did not feel represented or advocated for at any point during our transaction. From the beginning, it seemed as though there was a preference toward securing a buyer within their own brokerage, rather than prioritizing our best interests as sellers. Communication consistently felt one-sided, with most interactions focused on accommodating the buyer rather than supporting us. During the closing process, communication was mainly non-existent and only limited to requests for access, such as allowing the buyer’s contractors to take measurements significantly prior to closing. We received little to no proactive updates or guidance during a critical phase of the transa
