This one is a long time coming.. If you have any respect for yourself, do not use Weichert and definitely don’t use Mary Anne McIntyre. The whole selling process of our home has been a nightmare for me, my family, and our friends. It has taken a toll on our health both mentally and physically. We were actually sued for the sale of our home by the buyers. We, as well as our lawyer, believe Mary Anne and the buyers were working together based upon the unfolding of certain circumstances during this entire process. Due to the incompetence of Mary Anne, who should have been representing us through the sale, there were so many flaws in our contract and we were first time sellers. Do not waste your time with Weichert. Horrible experience dealing with the Broker and agent Maryann Mclntyre at the Mullica Hill office. Rude and not willing to listen to what my concerns were, just worried about making the commission, wont let you out of a contract with only months to go. Give us client information about who was going to buy are house before it even sold. Give us false hopes and never found us a house. Made offers and mixed them up, insulting the clients of the house we wanted. Found a house, (I did), made and offer and because she doesn't know how to make it contingent, we lost the house to another buyer. Very impressed! Margaret came out to do a walk-through in our home since we want to sell it and she noticed we had cesspools. She let me know that they could be a problem with selling and she is right! The EPA updated the codes in 2012 and all have to be abandoned before selling. She also pointed out some other things that were totally missed by other realtors during their walk-through. If you want someone that is way cut above the others and highly professional, hire her. Her expertise in other related fields is a BIG plus, clearly!!!!!!!

Working with Gwen was such a pleasure, she goes above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met! She’s patient and and never rushes you to make a decision that you may not be ready for.
