Rikki is the BEST realtor I have ever had in all my 59 years on this planet! She was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect! I never had to worry about anything and my house sold in 5 days! I trust her, her communication was incredible, and would recommend her over anyone!!!!!

I am an out-of-state real estate investor and recently worked remotely with Weichert Realtors (Stephanie McCracken) on the sale and purchase of a few of my rental properties in the St. Louis area. I was highly satisfied with the customer service of their team who carefully led me through the sales and purchase processes while I was in a different state. They were very responsive to the requests/questions that I had, and I highly recommend this company for real estate transaction services as I plan to use them for future sales and purchases of rental properties.

This company is definitely a very unprofessional company to work with. I suggest if you rent from them keep records of every correspondence or interaction you have with them. They are liars and slum lords. They show properties in horrible conditions. Their management team sucks as well. They are family owned so you cant complain to higher management. Take your complaints to the BBB, the Attorney general. In my case I have found out who owns the property I live in and I have a meeting with the owner to come see my property and how well they are "managing it".. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
