Closing done and ready to move. We never met personally but all our financial need handled very professionally with so much personal attention. She listens and work very patiently with all our financial need. Even though I had last minute (literally 24 hours before) change, she gave her 100% effort and it turned out in our favor. I reside in the state of Delaware and work in the state of Maryland. I used Weichert from calendar year 2018 to 2022 to manage my Willingboro, NJ townhome. The only real benefit of using Weichert for property management is just for the convenience of not having to make yourself available for maintenance or repairs, not having to be in direct communication with the tenant, and having the management company collect rent and prepare your year end 1099 form. I would recommend that you save your money and manage your own property if you have the time. Weichert does not handle the legal process of evicting a tenant.
