Highly disappointed in the customer service capabilities of At Waves Edge in regards to a recent vacation rental we rented hosted by this firm We recently recently booked a vacation rental in Beaufort managed by this company. Having booked our stay via Airbnb after adding our two guests plus one pet for three nights. We had three issues during our stay that were all documented via the Airbnb app. Upon arrival we had still not received check in instructions and had to ask for them. Upon entry the coded front door quit working and then we had to look around in a bowl full of keys to find which one worked for the back door so we could secure the house. At roughly 10:30 AM the first morning we reported the WiFi not working. This was never fixed, although it seemed the host was working on it

Absolutely terrible. Booked a rental several weels ago under the search criteria of “pet friendly” through air bnb. Received rental agreement today, see attached photos. Texted rental manager and all she had to say waw “air bnb, has your money, not our fault, their search engine.” Blah blah. Way to take accountability, absolutely horrible customer experience. 0/10 recommend.

When you move to a whole no place you’ve never been more or less on a whim, you need people like Riley and Kim on your team. They handled everything perfectly and provided outstanding guidance and acted as great advocates for me when needed in the transaction. On top of that, they are just super nice people. Highly recommended
