Weichert Premier Haddonfield

we bought a new home from an agent of Weichert and had a great experience. When we decided to list our current home, we called the same agent who gladly listed our home at the price we suggested and she agreed it was a fair price. Stupidly we signed a 6 month listing agreement. There was very little activity on our sale, so per our agent's advice we lowered our price twice, and still no activity. Seeing that Weichert brought no one to look at the home, we asked after 4 months to void the listing agreement. We were met with a total refusal to terminate the listing by the office manager, Aileen Konzelmann with no basis whatsoever for her refusal. She was very difficult to deal with and had no answers why the showings were so few. we had 4 showings in 6 months, which is horrible. i wo

Still going through the process. So far, if I could give a lower rating I would. Signing the agreement is horrible because they know you're locked in to not be able to use another realtor. We had to do all the work ourselves as far as looking for a home. We were told on a Tuesday that the best and final was due the previous Sunday. We had our inspection, we are the buyers, and had to tell the agent to let the seller's agent know of the repairs that are needed as per town ordinance. I would definitely not recommend this agency, and depending on the outcome, I will be listing the agent name.
