My fiancè and I had the pleasure of working with Alfredo! He was absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about him from his humor, to his outstanding work ethic! He was a priceless resource from beginning to end, I would absolutely recommend their entire team and specifically Alfredo Russo! Thanks again to everyone!

Swindling schemes and dishonest practices. Shannon millander destroyed any hope we had of a smooth sale. Double agent from the beginning, had both deals in her greedy hands. Management of Monica and James was just as bad and offered little to rectify the damage. They made a ton of money and didn't perform the basic function of a realtor, to protect their clients. Horrible! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from WEICHERT!

I bought a house through Weichert, and the agent did the paperwork, but didn’t seem to have much to do with the follow up, as the closing company he had me choose on pretty much day 1 of the transaction was never even contacted until 4-5 days before closing (for a process that can sometime take weeks from what I was told). Luckily, I’m persistent and somewhat aggressive, and with the help of my loan officer and closing company achieved closing on the day it was planned, with no real thanks to the team at Weichert. It seemed when I spoke to the main broker they really weren’t too concerned, which is where this 1 star review is coming from, along with the lack of expertise. It doesn’t seem to me that Weichert trains their agents much or properly before sending them out in to the field, which
