property manager DEBORAH is rude, will tell all your business to KEITH who lives in 423. Beware if you’re moving to unit 424. the crazy neighbor KEITH will start harassing you if you don’t have a beer with him. Will place his dog in front of YOUR front door to piss & poop. Worst place I've ever lived. Pool is OK.

Horrible place to live I have been here for a few years and I will be leaving when my lease is up they do not care about there loyal tenants . Debra is a very rude nasty lady and does not need to be dealing with the public at all !!!!!

The absolutely WORST place to live in greenville, If your under the age of 65. The landlord "Debra" makes the living conditions a living hell. Always treats people like their beneath her, never makes eye contact, never speaks to you. I hope you dont rent from this place because of the pool because. No more the 2 guest PERIOD. NOT EVEN IF ITS YOUR DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY NO EXCEPTIONS. It's almost like jail. Your not allowed to be on the front porch. Only in the back. At 10 months I was told they weren't going to renew my lease which was fine. But the problem came in when there was no explanation given. A friend and I visited the office today and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and acted as if she didn’t want to assist us. She hesitated to speak, she looked down at her desk when we entered and was very short with her response to our questions. I’ve never felt so violated and disrespected in my life

They RENT TO HIGH FOR THE LOW BUDGET APPLIANCES AND CABINETS ..THEY too strict try to take folks to court for few weeks late on rent. They MONEY GRUBBERS RENT RAISE $100 YRLY..GET OUT ITS NOT WORTH IT ..BAD WATER PRESSURE...water don't stay hott no time...water BUGS BAD..NEW MANAGERMENT PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT...$949..YRLY GO UP $100 YRLY I JUST MOVED 3/23. AND YOU WILL NOT ANY DEPOSIT BACK. AND I HAD A CLEAN EMPTY PLACE WITH PICS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RENTER UNLESS THEM OWNERS LEAVE!!!
