Wedgewood Apartments Aspen Court Duplex Apartments

The staff here is horrible.girl in the office never answers the phone and keeps closed sign on the door. We’ve been knocking on the door for the past 3 days and no answer. Customer service is horrible. Maintenance is horrible 0/5 don’t recommend at all. Lady purposely put wrong numbers on my paperwork to try to get me to pay more for rent and when I called and confronted her she said to have the person who corrected it at the court house to call her.. I immediately have her the number to call this lady she called and the lady didn’t answer the phone. It is dirty games being played here. People have been complaining for years about the staff and they still haven’t done anything to correct it .. it’s sad .

Our AC has been broken since thursday and they refuse to get it fixed. they’ve sent the maintenance man here and he said he could not fix it because of it weather but the AC people would come by after they leave the apartments behind us sometime that day or the following morning. it’s saturday night and still no AC. the temp outside is 73 degrees and it’s currently 87 degrees in the house. we’re not “allowed” to open the windows because of water damage but they can sit around on their phones watching videos and not do their jobs. i do not recommend this place at all. i talked to MULTIPLE neighbors and their ACs are broken as well.

I have reached out to this location multiple times and the number stated for this location is incorrect. Knocked on the office door still no answer when the sign says open I have never dealt with a property so non responsive looks like a nice neighborhood but hell you can’t reach anyone to find out if it is just that. 0 starts

The staff is ignorant & disrespectful. If you wish to find a suitable apartment complex this is not it. My husband was ecstatic to view their apartments but the rude employee working the office at the time completely discouraged us that we immediately left. If Wedgwood Apartments wants more customers & better reviews I recommend firing the lady who worked the office at 1pm on 4/11/2015. I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone until they find new staff.

I came in today to look at the townhomes. Unsure of what the woman working in the office name was but she was extremely rude. I couldn't find the leasing office so I called in and before I could complete my sentence I was cut off and she told me in an extremely rude way where it was located. I then parked in the wrong spot and she told me to move to a spot with no numbers, which I didn't have a problem with. I just didn't see any with numbers so I asked the woman where the spaces with numbers were and she told me that there were 2-3 out there but never told me where. Then I came in to the office and told her that I called about the townhomes and she went to the closet where they keep the keys and snatched them off the key hook making all the keys fall.
