Webster Manor

I have lived at Webster Manor for a soon-to-be 6 years. In that time I have had very limited issues with the property. The unit is nice and the property has been well maintained. As with most apartments, my issues have usually been with the neighbors, both inside and outside of the building. If you are a person who doesn't like a lot of noise and frequently screaming children at-play, then this is probably not the property for you. The residents on the street have several street festivals throughout the year- many which are unannounced- that include loud music and festivities. The more serious issue I have had is actually with negligent or absentminded tenants in the building; who made choices that impacted the state of my unit on more than one occasion.
