My husband and I were buying our first home as a married couple with a little one in tow. I was nervous about buying a home and scared that, in such a competitive market, I would not be able to find my dream home. Marion was incredibly helpful in helping to assuage my fears and in helping us find the perfect home for our family. I was so excited to buy a home that I made a list of homes that was probably too long. At one point, I was worried I was sending too many homes to her for consideration. But, whenever I would send Marion a new list, she would respond enthusiastically with mapped out routes so we could maximize the amount of houses we could see in a day. When we finally found our forever home, Marion was helpful in coaching us through negotiation so that we could get a fair price.

Webb Solar Realty LLC was WONDERFUL as a business partner in our rental properties and also helping us to find out forever home. Working with the staff and Mrs. Webb was so refreshing because she made sure to explain everything to us each and every step of the way. We had 5 rental properties that she took on and helped us to managed them all to take that burden off of our backs. They also helped us sale them while working with us on finding a home for ourselves. Mrs. Webb personally made sure to connnect with us from time to time to address any concerns we had and who can ask for more than that. I mean things happen in any business but how you handle them is what really counts. I would recommend this company to ANYONE from small purchases to large. A+ service!

I highly recommend working with Andrew, who has been very easy and flexible to work with. He has been excellent at finding properties that meet my investment strategy. Andrew is extremely timely and quick to write offers, making the whole process easy for me, even though I am working with him from out-of-state. He's made the process very accessible and has guided us through all the steps we needed to know. I highly recommend working with him!

Did not ave a good experience with this company. The property owner was very intrusive and tried to bypass the company and invaded the home several times. The property manager did not do a good job safe-guarding us as tenants, and lost the deposit to the shady property owner. Basic things like heating/cooling, water, were fixed at the owner's convenience. The whole mess has been a headache, and could've been resolved if the company had just been responsible in the first place.

We were charged a fee ( $400) to have them as our realtor. They have a contract that states if you don't buy a house within 60-90 days they keep the fee. We didn't find a house within that time frame. No other realtor that we worked with ever changed an upfront fee and we worked with the other realtors for months. We have purchased a house now and our realtor didn't charge an upfront fee. The only payments she got were the ones associated with the purchase of the house at the closing table. We were 1st time homebuyers and Web Solar were the 1st realtors that we worked with so we thought the upfront fee was standard but it's not. Response to WSR reply: I am aware that we signed a contract. I am saying that no other realtors charged us this fee on our journey to purchase a home - Only Webb
