Weaver Creek Community Springfield Apartments

The "You'll love where you live" is such an understatement. They have a great pool and 🔥 tub. We just had a baby shower in the club house and it was really nice. To be honest, it's THE STAFF!!!

We Really Enjoyed These Apartments. These Apartments Are Pretty Cool And We Have Made Lots Of Friends Here. They Have A Fitness Center, A Pool, And Lots Of Apartments, And Unfortunately We Are Moving On 11/17/25.

The management and staff for Weaver Creek could be the gold standard for apartment management. Caitlin and Chloe are absolutely phenomenal. If you're looking for a great apartment community with competent staff, look here.

I liked they offered free WiFi and utilities. The pool area was nice. They had a great lounge area with a resident computer to use. The gym wasn’t very nice. Not a lot of weights or exercise equipment to choose from. I didn’t receive any of my $300.00 security deposit back. I only lived here for a year. I didn’t use my stove or oven to cook because I either ate out or I ate at work. I didn’t have hardly any furniture or pets. So I feel ripped off that they gave me $0 back for my security deposit.

I have lived at Weaver Creek Apartments for several years. The apartments are super nice and the location makes it convenient to get anywhere in town. Maintenance was always quick to fix anything, but I rarely had any issues. Caitlin is an amazing property manager, and the front office was always a pleasure to deal with. I will always appreciate Weaver Creek for the time I spent here.
