Update I filed a complaint with the PA Department of State against Rose Valley Capital for finance abuse, staff stealing, inappropriate behaviors and incorrect over-billing. The PA Dept of State has been absolutely wonderful, has taken my complaint seriously and is currently investigating office staff and 100+ pieces of evidence I submitted. Rose Valley is an out of state company (based in New York) that purchased Weatherstone Flats from Hankin Group in summer of 2022 and seems to be trying to regain their cash purchase through fraudulent tactics on the residents of Chester county. Odd to see 1 star reviews, it sounds like a limited number of people who have had a bad experience. I have lived here for 4 years and love it. The amenities/buildings are always spotless and there is frequently events/ promotions for residents. Revival pizza pub is within walking distance-a cool yet classy place to eat. Maintenance takes care of any issues incredibly quick. I’ve even had a few medical emergencies and have had management AND maintenance enter my apartment to check on me since I live alone, not sure what I would have done without them at that time. Management is always available and incredibly kind. I’ve never felt more comfortable and safe with where I live!

Many of the people who live above these businesses are very rude and disrespectful. They complain about us parking out front and even leave notes on our cars. They also confront us if we stand outside waiting for our children. We are customers and have every right to be there. If they don’t like it, they should park out back and just leave us alone. As moms, we are getting sick and tired of the constant disrespect from the apartment tenants here.

When we moved here I thought it was great. Things started going downhill when I realized they were double billing me for our electric bill. It took five months and a complaint to the Attorney General’s office to get that resolved. That is indicative of the incompetence demonstrated by management here. The lock on the door to our nearest stairwell has been broken for over a year. They converted to a new portal and just wiped out any records that were in the old portal. They’re now demanding proof of insurance that was already provided and threatening a violation of the lease if you don’t comply. Communication is poor and untimely. They also nickel and dime you with fees. The valet trash pickup is a $25 mandatory fee. Of course there’s no refund when they decide not to show up. There’

I just moved in, but I knew I would love it here from the day I toured. The moment I got in the car I was filling out an application. Firstly, the apartment is beautiful and so spacious! All the bells and whistles one could need. The staff is friendly and accessible too and so much of the renting and apartment living process is streamlined. The area is gorgeous and has great proximity to all sorts of fun and essential locations from dining to doctors. I love it here.
