This is my second time dealing with William. A family friend introduced him to me after the family friend had retired from realty. It was as easy as telling him what my needs and wants are. After that he handled the rest. I have 2 jobs so it really helped that all I had to do on my end is answer a couple of emails and texts. He gave me a realistic expectation of the process.
