I have been with WCI since November 2020, initially at 922 N 3rd and later relocating to another one of their properties on N 2nd St. Any issues or concerns were always addressed promptly, and communication was consistently professional and friendly. On one occasion, while I was away for the day, my air conditioner stopped working in the middle of summer. Knowing I couldn’t get home in time, Rachael, the property manager, personally checked on my cat to make sure he was okay and stayed until the HVAC company arrived to resolve the issue. WCI has always prioritized my comfort and well-being in my living situation. It was definitely hard to leave after so long, but they made the process easy! I would highly recommend them to anyone searching in the Harrisburg area.

I have lived in two separate apartments over the past two years, both managed by WCI. Each year, they have spent time to work with me to find an apartment that best fit my needs. I’m so grateful for WCI and the memories I’ve made in these apartments.

I am in the process of moving out of 920 N 3rd St #301 and I would absolutely NOT recommend living here. My experience has been defined by repeated pest infestations and a troubling lack of accountability from management. Every photo attached was taken either inside my unit or in the common hallway. I had never seen a cockroach in my life until the first month of living here. When I reported baby roaches in my bathroom, the property manager, Rachael, said it was not a known issue. Pest control treated the unit twice that month. In January 2025, I had four mice in four days. After the first, I was told pest control was already scheduled, meaning the issue was known even before I reported it. After the fourth, maintenance sealed one entry point in my unit, but the problem was never address

We were able to create an amazing local-centric shop through WCI and with all of their help we are now coming up on year 2 and loving every minute! They are prompt, caring and quick with everything and have been an incredible resource for us. Thank you for everything WCI (especially Lori & Rachael) !!

Would NOT recommend. WCI lease transfer guidelines need to be revised in the future specifically regarding security deposits. Tenant that took over my lease refuses to reimburse me my security deposit. WCI should be responsible for reimbursing security deposits not between lease transfer tenants.
