Wayside Apartments

These apartments are not worth it,mold in these apartments. None of the wood was replaced,all they did is put kilz over the wood in one lady's apartment,didn't even do hers right away until they found out the city was coming.Alot of these tenants wanna complain to the manager but yet when ABC 13 news came no one wanted to talk.These apartments had water damage but not one of them had the wood replaced,only the Sheetrock.Whatever y'all do,don't move into these apartments because me and my mom are leaving from here soon, Management is hardly on property anyways and they don't have professionals most of the time to do the work.The rent is so wack and different prices for everyone and alot of these tenants are immune to the mold smell.You can put a work order in online and most of the times th
