Wayne Manor Apartments

Do not rent here!!!! Leaky ceilings are a common occurrence and only get patched up!!! Every time it rained, it came through my ceiling and even happened in the lobby. I was told that it would take too much work to correct the problem. The elevators are always filthy as well as the laundry room. There was a utility closet right outside of my apartment that was never cleaned as workers would continue to leave trash and maintenance was lackluster in cleaning. Also, there is a problem with mice and roach infestation. Again, do not rent here!!!

I've lived here since September 2017, and so far it's been great. No maintenance issues, the elevator is pretty reliable, all the units have high ceilings and hardwood floors, and best of all: gas, water and electricity are all included in the rent! Like anywhere, there are a few downsides, such as the coin-op washers and dryers in the basement aren't the best, sometimes parking can be a bit tight, and the mail often doesn't arrive until after 5pm. But honestly, for how much Wayne Manor charges, this place is a hell of a deal. I've been VERY happy here thus far 😀

11/28/2023 I have been living here for 3 years Things were okay at first Manager was a noce guy at first Now because my apartment is FREEZING COLD EVERY WINTER. HE SAYS TO ME IM BEING DIFFICULT ... rent has been raised 3 times... It's is now 6:33am. I am sitting here with the sniffles. There is heat is heat... but on this night of 32 degree whether it is not on... This has been an ongoing problem since I've been here. If anybody knows anybody I can call. Because this is a very dangerous life or death situation please fill free to reach out. I have helped them get tenants and all I'm asking for is A SAFE LIVING ENVIRONMENT!

Moved in last November, got bed bugs bites all over my body the first day i moved in and then they tried to blame me. I didn't buy any new furniture, clothes, etc... They refused to return my first/last month even though I lived there less than a month. Worst experience of my life. Great way to treat men in uniform.

Is anyone currently living at Wayne Manor Apartments aware of the 100 unit apartment building that is going to be built on 1.4 acres wit parking for 100 starting this spring in the small Green space between Wayne manor apartments,tulpohocken trai station ,Tulpohocen Co-Op and Wal- Lane. We need to come together and stop this
