If I could give negative stars, I would. My parents purchased a home from Wayne Frier of Midway and paid 100% in cash. The home was purchased in mid-August with a 50% down payment, and the remaining balance was paid in full before the house was moved to their property. There is absolutely no excuse for what followed. It is now January 2026, and the home is still not livable. There are unfinished interior items, no power to the home, and—most alarming—a large hole in the septic tank that occurred while the home was under Wayne Frier’s control. This is not a minor issue; it is a serious health and safety failure. We have spent months being bounced around their office, dealing with empty promises and outright disregard. Jim Printy was a God send through the whole process. From the first hand shake meeting, until we moved in the house. Jim called me every day with updates. There is no better place in town to buy a mobile home than Wayne Frier!
