Wayfare - Cumberland Park

I am moving to Cumberland Park in March 2026. I am impressed with the area, very clean and quiet. Mason and Cindy have been very helpful and have answered all questions that I have. Several things that I noticed while looking at the apartment that concern me are the garage door opening is very narrow for larger cars, and the shower has no hand holds to help get in and out, also would prefer shower door instead of curtain. Over all it appears to be a nice complex and basically what I was looking for.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This is not a “luxury” apartment complex. The only thing luxury about this place are the prices. The units have paper thin garage doors and the door frames inside and outside were thrown together and coated in paint to hide imperfections. I will not be renewing my lease because the noise is intolerable and management does not care if you complain (about anything). Their main selling point is that you won’t have loud neighbors above or below you but you definitely will be surrounded by them. Loud music at 2AM, neighbors with surround sound, slamming of doors for no reason, people standing in front of your window talking, dogs barking near your bedroom wall, etc. This place is trashy and they will let anyone move in. Working with Harley at Wayfare Apts has been great. She showed us the model apartment and then went out of her way to show us the apartment that we were looking to rent. Even though it still had a little work to do, there is time enough to get it all done before we move in. We are very much looking forward to moving in real soon and do not hesitate to refer them to everyone. Very happy so far with how we’ve been treated and the response from management and do not hesitate referring them.

Wayfare is wonderful and Mason was very helpful to this old lady that can’t do internet stuff. Clean, safe, secure and manicured beautifully. I will be safe in my new home

Harley, Daniel, and all the maintenance and Wayfare Staff have been amazing since I have moved in. Everyone has been super accommodating and friendly. I have had a couple small maintenance issues and they have both been fixed within a day tops. The community is usually well kept up with, and it is a very peaceful place to live.
