I'm not sure why rating is so low BUT I received the most warm welcome and amazing Customer Service from. Dana and Jaime. I felt like I knew them for years keep up the great work you two. 10/31/2025

Almost a month to fix our toilet, maintenance let themselves in and damaged the walls and the door above our bathroom, ready to fall and kill me. It be better and safer to live under a highway overpass at this point. If you like living, you can't do it here. Update: they broke our laundry basket too without letting us know 🙃

The 1 star is for the beautiful, historic Mill transformation of beautiful apartments on Main st. BEWARE they have in the lease that anyone is able to enter your apartment at any time and happened twice to me one of which I was in the shower and man shows up 45 mins before our scheduled appointment to let himself in with his key. Dishwasher never worked, no heat in one bedroom they couldn't fix nor willing to relocate me to another unit. They lie, they don't communicate, they don't care about your safety, they don't hire competent people for repairs or management, repairs most times never get resolved, mold problems, HVAC issues, roofing issues, alarms and beeping noises throughout the property. READ your lease, and protect yourself

The Mill on Main is a wonderful community! I’ve enjoyed living here the last 2 years and just renewed for another year. It’s a safe community and improvements are continuing to be made every week.

Terrible experience living at Waxhaw Mills. Communication with management is non-existent, and whenever you try to reach out, you're met with silence. The walls are paper-thin—you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Garbage often overflows, and the common areas are downright disgusting. I fell through the floor because of all the moisture build up. Entry into building is via fob only. If you don't have your key fob you are stranded, no call box to let anyone in. Parking is a nightmare; good luck finding a spot! Unfortunately, this is one of the only apartments available in Waxhaw, which makes it all the more frustrating. It seems like every time management changes, they promise improvements, but nothing ever happens. The employees keep quitting, which leaves a huge gap in servic
