I had a wonderful experience working with Daniel as my leasing agent. He was professional, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. With a baby on the way, finding the right home was especially important to me, and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and stress-free. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions promptly, and made the leasing process seamless from start to finish. Thanks to his help, I found an apartment that feels perfect for this new chapter. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a place to call home!

One of the best experience I ever had When dealing with trying to get apartment. Daniel and Ayonte were very professional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for a place.

The communication sucks here they don’t answer their phone at the office, you make a complaint and yet nothing happens. When I moved here the rent was 1403 plus we have to pay for water and sewer however I’m barely home and my water and sewer is always 60-70 dollars and I don’t understand how. Now they are going up on the rent to 1493 (1500) dollars yet no upgrades bugs in the apartments they say they have a fitness center yet the tenants can’t access it. Daniel is cool however he slacks on his job as well. They don’t care what you going through or having a rough time it’s either pay your rent or you getting put off they don’t work with you at all. When they switched to their new system it mess me up and I got behind because I was using the flex pay for me rent and it was so short notice w

My husband and I stopped by yesterday and we were pretty disappointed with the service we received (or lack thereof) . We were initially acknowledged by a woman sitting in the office (nod & slight smile) and sat down to wait to be assisted. After about 15-20 minutes of sitting we realized we were being completely ignored while everyone who came in after us received assistance. The woman who acknowledged us in the beginning never came out the office either. She seemed to completely disappear as she was no longer in my line of sight. I am not sure if it was a race thing or not as it did seem to be a predominantly African american environment. I learned from experience that unprofessional / dismissive behavior in the beginning is a major red flag & indicator for how the living experience will

I wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I had with Ayonté at the Watertown Chesapeake Apartments. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed, which I truly appreciated. Unlike some of my past experiences at other communities, Ayonté never made me feel rushed. She took the time to answer my questions, made accommodations for my schedule, and even arranged a tour in a way that worked best for me. Her professionalism, genuine care, and warm approach stood out to me and made a big difference in my decision to apply at Watertown Chesapeake.
