I wish my grandfather never moved here. This place is the worst! I would have something to remember him by if they didn't rob him blind. They removed all of his things didn't leave anything to his loved ones nothing. To them We Didn't Exist And It Still Breaks Heart To This Day. I will Post A Review Every Year Until This Place Goes Out Of Business If I Have Too! 💔

Horrible Place For Elders! The Staff Are Very Shady Towards The Residents That Don't Get Visits Often Or At All! BEWARE! They Also Only Respond If It's A Positive Review Or Or A Concern That Doesn't Involve The Accountability Of There Shady Staff! Stay Away From Here Better Yet Move Out!

They Refuse To Give You Information Regarding a resident to there families. He reached his demise and the whole family found out on trying to take a trip to see him! The resident said she wouldn't be willing to testify because the management there retaliates! They don't call Authorities when People reach there demise. We are told by RESIDENTS They Are Scamming The Elderly People Here. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE! They are removing tenants original form of documents. They are creating boundaries between family and there clients. PLEASE KEEP CLOSE WATCH ON YOUR LOVED ONES. WE WERE TOLD BY SOME OF THE RESIDENTS THAT THEY STEAL FROM THEM AND TAMPER WITH THERE PHONES! They also don't monitor who comes in and out of this facility. They don't ask for i.d. or make you sign in and out.

I like it here. Close to stores and restaurants in Bethesda. You meet seniors of all nationalities and races. Most are friendly. Management takes good care of the property and there is parking in the basement garage if you live here and own a car.

Bldg is for senior living. Nice property but parking in that area suxxs! Watch carefully when driving as kids from nearby high school jay walk.
