Waverly at Oyster Point Apartments

I moved here in September and lost my job due to sickness I was able to pay October rent thank God and struggled a bit for November but received a notice that I had to pay 1125 I paid it they still wanted me to go to court I wasn’t able to and the property was handed to landlord okay cool I was still out of work and wasn’t helped in any way not even from them for any assistance I could reach out to. They put a writ of eviction December 17th and I didn’t find out about it until the 24th from an rent assistance place NOT BY WAVERLY not once did they give me that notice now I have to be out by the 5th and got the notice about that on the 2nd! Me and my daughter are facing homelessness because I have nobody at all I should’ve at least gotten 30 days I thought you was supposed to care about you

My stay here has been very peaceful and pleasant, and I am grateful for that. Any maintenance requests I submit are promptly addressed. Ms. Angela, the property manager, has been exceptional since her arrival, as I can rely on her to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, Jay is extremely courteous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute WORST complex I’ve ever lived and I’ve only been here for two weeks! First and foremost, my move in date was changed twice. One of them being told to me via email less than 24 hours in advance after everything has been scheduled to be cut on. I was responsible for cancellation fees and I had to spend over $1000 in hotel expenses because I had to be out of my previous home. They didn’t care at all, they still told me I had to give them $1500 at move in after changing my address 3 times. When I moved in October 1st, within the first week of me living in my unit I had flooding issues and no one did anything about it. One evening my daughter slipped and fell not noticing the water because she’s two years old and she hurt her leg by falling.

I can hear everything above me and the neighbors there are very disrespectful. I shouldn’t be hearing a loud bass from 11 to 3 am. Loud thumping and stomping all day long

Excellent management Everyone in office goes above and beyond to make you feel at home even through the application process. Can't wait to be a resident at Waverly at Oyster point
