BLESSED AND GRATEFUL TO LIVE HERE! From the very first moment we moved into Waverly Apartments, both my wife and I felt it was a comfortable, safe, and pleasant facility and community. Since then, and until today, for five years, we have received friendly, professional, and efficient service from the entire administrative chain, from the manager to the secretaries and the maintenance team. In general, all our needs, small and large, the most and least important, have been attended to promptly and efficiently, even exceeding our expectations, so that the apartment and the condominium amenities always offer the maximum potential for the well-being and improvement of our home. I’ve been trying to reach Waverley Apartments in West Palm Beach for several weeks, calling multiple times, and I’ve never been able to get a live person on the phone. It always goes to voicemail, and no one has called me back. As a prospective tenant, this is very frustrating and does not leave a good impression of how they manage their property.

Waverly Apartments is amazing. The team is amazing, everyone is knowledgeable and kind. The place is very well maintained. The apartments are amazing. Highly recommended as your new home. A++++++++++ 👍 👌
