Waverley Greens Apartments

I've been living here at Waverley Greens apartments for 3 years now. I live in a 1 bedroom which is quite spacious and quiet. The amenities that I've used here have been great - a really well maintained outdoor pool and a nice exercise room. All the residents that I've met here have been great, really personable folks. And the location is tops - a 5 minute walk to both downtown Milwaukie or Bayfront park- a really beautiful park, and a 15-20 minute walk to Elk Rock Island - my favorite place in all of Portland, and I've lived around here most of my life. The office staff here is the best- very friendly and helpful, always there to help you with whatever you need. And the maintenance staff is great as well, if there's anything that needs attention, it's addressed quickly. And Waverley Green

I wanted to move to Waverly Greens from another near-by apartment building for three years. I finally got into one of the older but charming apartments this October. I love it here. The staff are friendly, competent, and helpful. The acreage is maintained beautifully, and the new café is place to meet other residents. My Corgi loves the Dog park. I'm hoping for a space in the community garden this spring. Truly, there is nothing not to like at Waverly Greens.

I LOVE LIVING HERE!! I've been here about 6 months but some of my neighbors have been here 8, 12, 16 years! That's amazing for an apartment complex. My unit is spacious, quiet, easily accessible and has fabulous views including a huge beautiful lawn spreading out from my large back deck. I can walk to downtown Milwaukie and along the beautiful waterfront park. I'm lucky to have found it. There's a wide variety of amenities here for the 300+ apartments with approximately 500 residents including 4 seasonal pools, an exercise facility, dog park, sport court, recreation room for yoga, etc., community garden, outdoor BBQ park, and Bocce Ball Court. I love living at Waverley Greens Apartments. This a great community. The grounds are kept up. Each community has a dedicated swimming pool. There is an on-site cafe, monthly food trucks, annual garage sale, gym, clubhouse, guest quarters. The staff are the kindest, most polite and professional staff that I have dealt with. We have the best neighbors that look after each other. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to live.

Love living here. Staff is amazing! The grounds and landscaping wonderful. Love our big apartment and view of the river. Our neighbors are so friendly and caring. Great value with all amenities included. Have lived here more than once - best apartment complex I have ever lived at!
