Steer clear. Set date was pushed back 3-4 weeks into the brute of winter. Terrible communication and processes. Upon completion, and still to this day as work continues - we have come to find so many issues and improper framing and weather resistance in said structure causing for more work and delays to remediate the initial improper work. Multiple walls, sub structures, etc. completely out of plumb and square. I could go on and on with all the issues. Most recently as installing siding on the chimney - the structure of the chimney is out of plumb by over 1 1/2” vertically across a 6’ span. Garage door jambs were installed improperly along with majority of the windows and associated flashings. Many spots not framed to plan spec. Wausau only keeps records of their floor plans dating back 7 years. Considering that a home is an asset that ages well past 7 years, this seems a bit unreasonable. I'd like to think that I could build with Wausau and be able to reach out to them at any time after my build and find the original plans/specs.

Very poor services on shipping and receiving department. I arrived her at 2pm central time 3 pm eastern time with a b train load of 2x4 x9 and rang door buzzer twice No one came to the door. So. I went back to my truck a patiently waited in my truck till next day because the stop receiving at 2pm central time and. Woke up next morning and another truck drive tells me i have to move because receiving told him to tell me to move my truck and trailer and other truck gets unloaded before i doo that is pretty rude as far as this industry is. Never will i be bring their product here again. Rated 5 star for pieces of garbage that receiver is

Good place to deliver to . They are open 6am-4pm and plenty of room to spend the night if you get here late.

Will give them 0 stars if I could rude nasty people treated with humiliation as if you were their slave
