Emergency pulls in bedroom and bathroom. Severe storm proof construction. Almost 100% soundproof firewalls between apts. On site laundry. 62+ only. All one story--no one above or below you. Friendly senior neighbors. 38 units. Great management. Your front door opens to your own covered front porch with lawn and well manicured hedge. Tastefully designed. No crime area near $300+ K homes. No public transit. Abuts beautiful nature preserve. Large Loris senior center with exercise equipment and much more is literally a five minute paved walk through nature park forest.
