Watson Realty Property Management Sunbeam Office

I used their office in Oviedo to rent a place. Don’t walk, RUN!!!!! Unfortunately, I had to rent a place from this company site unseen due to a long distance move made undercover as I was getting a divorce. White collar, high income, professional here. They handed me the place dirty, with busted up light fixtures, closet doors coming off the hinges, two different color paints on the wall, ants, outdoor electrical outlets with no covers, light bulbs of different wattages and tones, two broken toilets, stain from water leak left in the garage ceiling, windows with cracking frames where the handles broke off in you hand, and many other things. I immediately determined when I moved in there that they didn’t want to be bothered. They weren’t personable. So, I fixed everything myself. In

My company hired by Mr Willie Smith ( Rosebud Watson) to complete a job and did exactly what was requested. Once the work was finished, the company failed to provide payment as agreed. I followed up several times in an attempt to resolve the issue, but received no satisfactory response. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of professionalism and integrity. I would caution others to be very careful before working with this company.

They are the worst place ever. Disgusting on ever Level to lie about mold in my home, I make them come take another sample, nor they'd mold like ive been screaming for a year. Your air quality yelled at me stating my$2500 air tester doesn't make mistakes. Then plumbers walked off today because there's mold in my bathroom. Now emails and states there is mold in your bathroom, but it's not airborne...uhmmmmm ALL MOLD IS AIRBORNE. There will be consequences to your negligence. . You people need to stay away from families. These are the results, and yet come back with black mold, in my second bath. Here's the nice ILLEGAL air test results. How can this be if his machine clears the whole house... mold everywhere

I encountered some serious issues with my tenancy in the property I was renting—it was very difficult & came at possibly the worst time in my life in recent years for such an unexpected occurrence. Fortunately, Watson handled the issue with as much grace as possible—particularly Lisa in this corporate office. I do not know what I would have done were this not handled so competently & with such good grace—it would have made a difficult circumstance 10x more difficult for me.

The worst property management by far I have seen. This office is run by Lisa Smejkal who is allowing her employees to make false insurance claims against tenants. Specifically her office filed a fraudulent insurance claim against my renters insurance, then proceeded to lie to the homeowner so they would also be involved in their insurance fraud. When asked what Lisa would do about the situation when caught red handed she simply ignored us. She would only acknowledge the situation and accept blame, while being incredibly rude and defensive, when confronted in person. Some people just don’t know when to quit. Stay away!
