My name is AJ Radzimski and I currently live in New Jersey. Due to my wife's minor health condition, we were looking for a place to rent in Palm Coast, Florida near my wife's family. So I searched the internet and eventually I got Victor on the phone to discuss a possible rental. Once I informed Victor about the fact that we have a small dog we could not apply for the apartment we were talking about. Shortly thereafter Victor used his creativity and he sent me a text message with information about another rental. OH MY DEAR GOD !!! It was PERFECT in every aspect including being right down the road from my wife's family. Worse management ever . Do not rent from them . They will steal your security deposit . They rent apartment as is an expect you to give it back to them better than what they gave it to you . I rented from them for 4 yrs they waited last minute to tell me that I had to move they weren’t going to renew the lease . I had found another place asked if I could move out sooner Victor told me no because I was responsible to pay the rent until the lease was up even though the owner was supposed wanted to sell . I said ok well I guess I’m stuck here the because I definitely wasn’t going to pay rent in two places . Only later to find out that was a lie the office informed me Victor lied to me because in the state of Florida that’s not allowed if the owner rents it out to someone else they can’t coll
