Cheap agent that refuses to put any of the $20k she stood to make on my house into decent pics. She and her broker have told muliple people that I am insane because I went over their heads just to get feedback . They refuse to release my contract to the very last day so that a new agent will have to give them 25%.very bad business going on here.

Absolutely terrible, signed a lease with them, a week and a half later, hours before the lease would have taken effect they leave a letter on my door saying the lease was voided without any reason. They did this on a Sunday around 5pm, waiting till the absolute last minute to deliver the letter. Nothing but a terrible experience dealing with them from day 1. I've never encountered a company that can have you sign a contract and then retract it with absolutely no reasoning. Don't waste your time with this dishonest company

Property this office is handling for "The Bank" as they say is being neglected and over grown during the summer months. Snakes have been spotted. I called this office and spoke to an agent about having someone come out and clean up the property and I was told they do not provide that kind of service that they are only handling the sale for "The Bank". When I asked who "The Bank" is I was told "I don't know". I find it hard to believe they did not have that information since they are selling the house for "the Bank". What a line of B.S. and run around. I told them that the neighbors are just simply trying to get the yard cut and cleaned up so not to drag down the looks of others. I have also called HOA Management Company and the City sounds like I will get better service from them befor
