Awesome experience with realtor Karen Ashley @ this Watson site. We were impressed when she sold my mother’s home on Mundy Dr. and even more impressed when she sold our property in October 2025. Karen not only worked as a superb realtor but actually performed tasks on her own at no expense to us, which included placing potted flowering plants for extra curb appeal, touch up painting in the front, clean up inside and other tasks. It worked because the house sold quickly at the asking price - which other realtors said we would never get in the buyers market.

My wife and I just walked into the office and asked if they could notarize a legal document for us. Not only did they treat us in a welcoming way, but didn't even charge us for the notary service. Will definitely be reaching out to them with our real estate needs in the future. Thank you Neil Bridges for your outstanding professionalism and help.

I would recommend Karen Ashley to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding when I was selling my mother's home. She worked with the probate attorney on title issues and even found a contractor to help with some repairs. Couldn’t have done it without her!

Jennifer Grunewald is the one you want. She is amazing. I walked in to the office unannounced, she had a beautiful pictures taken and listed the house within a week on the exact day we wanted.
