Christine, is a true professional. I have had a lot of bad experiences with realtors and she was so good! So, my husband and I decided to sell our home and move last year. Christine gave us a CMA even though we weren't going to sell it soon and she would have to redo it a second time. Went through everything with us and explained. She follows up with all the realtors who showed our home and got feedback too. Typically, in our neighborhood it takes about 60 days to get a contract, we had an offer/contract in 23 days and was sold in 56 days even with issues in between. Christine David, realtor with Watson went above and beyond on the sale of my home. You couldn’t ask for a better person to work with. Christine is a fantastic person to work with. Christine cares for her clients and truly goes out of her way to help them. In my case she had to deal with extremely heavy garbage cans in the 90 degree heat dripping with sweat and another time ruining a pair of shoes in the pouring rain, and I can’t forget safe proofing the house not once but twice for hurricane’s. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about her.

Steer as far away from Francis Timothy Veigle as you can. The most unprofessional realtor I have ever dealt with. He sent very rude emails to me trashing other realtors and thought he was sending them to someone else. He continued to email my wife behind my back and didn't think I would ever find out. His contracts are all about getting the most amount of money in his pocket with you spending as much money as he can possibly scam out of you. I showed his contract to a handful of other realtors and they questioned how he has ever been able to sell houses since he rips people off. He charges extra in his percentages in order to benefit his marketing aka himself and scam the others out of money that could go into the house. I would never, ever, recommend choosing him as your realtor.
