I’m a CapRelo customer and was provided Watson and Wiechert Realty companies to interview to support the selling of our home. During the interview process Nancy McCloskey presented her approach along with reference that assured me she’d be a great fit. To ensure a quick closing I asked her to list our home $50,000 below her suggested listing price. Nancy was aware that the following Monday, 2 days after meeting her, I would be starting my new job over 2.5 hours away. We scheduled pictures to be taken Thursday so the listing could be posted on Friday.
