Bought property from Leslie Hobkirk, Watson Reality Mandarin South Office. Several days after closing on 12/15/2024 I was told by management of the condo that the property had code violations involving the pool area and needed a new pool house. Although the special assessment had not been approved yet, it was known for some time by residents and bids and plans were in the work with an estimate of $400,000. During closing on 12/15/24 the sellers disclosure worksheet had several questions. Is there any defects, damage or problem with any common area which could affect value of property. Leslie Holkirk answered NO Is there any condition which may result in assessments or fees? Again this was not disclosed.
