I’ve been living here for just a couple of months, and overall, the apartment itself is fine. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and conveniently online, which I really appreciate. The community is also quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to live. That said, the biggest issue I’ve noticed is with the trash situation. From the day I moved in, I have never seen the dumpster actually working. Instead, the management sets up a temporary dumpster that gets hauled away, but there’s only one for the entire community—and it’s almost always full. On top of that, we’re charged a $10 monthly “trash pick-up” fee. At first, I assumed this meant trash would be collected directly from our door (like some other communities do for even less), but instead, it only goes toward the third-party se

The apartment complex as a whole is ok. I wish I could give it more than that, but I really can't. The maintenance staff is great. They always made sure to fix any issues I had in a timely manner. The office staff is what killed me. I have been trying to receive my deposit from them since May. It is now July. I keep being told that 'cooperate' sent one, and they are waiting on 'cooperate'. I had to directly ask them if they forgot to send my itemized list since it was never shared when I moved out. It's a decent apartment, but not worth the excessive rent. It floods year-round, the apartments always smell like smoke, no matter how much you clean. And the amenities that they brag about on their website are nowhere near as nice as they seem. I really like living here. The people are nice, there are multiple playgrounds, and there are lots of grocery stores nearby. When things need fixing, the repair staff is quick and helpful. You can leave things on your porch outside and not worry about people stealing them. Often, there are events for the whole community and they're always fun. It's great.

I love it here! I have been here almost a year and a half and the management and maintenance is awesome. My kids love the pool and we have met great neighbors that we enjoy hanging out with. Great location and very quiet.
