DO NOT rent here if you own any type of muscle or sports car. My car has gotten broken into TWICE and the whole center console was stolen. Crime is definitely going up here now and I regret even renewing my lease for a 2nd year. In the summer they have no control over the ants here and they’re everywhere. I had an infestation last year in my apartment and I didn’t even have trash laying around. They did a terrible job dealing the baseboards because that is where all of the ants/bugs sneak in through. Management is slow to respond and honestly doesn’t even care lol sure rent is cheaper here but AT WHAT COST? For me to pay thousands in damage to my car? Not even worth it. Good apartments in a wonderful area. One of the best apartments I have resided in since moving to this side of Fort Worth/Keller. Nowadays no apartment will be perfect. Rent is at an all time high EVERYWHERE. You will have issues and also your pros and cons of living in any apartment. Watervue will remain my apartment home until I can purchase an actual home. Also, I am very very thankful for Randall and Monica. Their customer service, understanding, and empathy has been impeccable. 🙏🏾🤍

Absolutely hate living here. Since the moment we moved in, even walked in, we regretted picking this for our home. They didn’t even let us see the place before we moved in. They moved our move in date by a week to “fix up the mess the last tenants left”, so when move in day comes we walk in and there is a huge roach in the middle of the kitchen, the dishwasher water is black, the microwave halfway hanging out of the cabinet, blinds falling down, toilets are all messed up, etc. literally the worst thing to walk into when you first move in. Anytime we have needed maintenance to come, their feet are on fire to get out. There was rust on the drier and all they did was paint over it, the carpet was coming up and all the guy did was come and push it down, the paper on the cabinets were coming o

Moved in July of 2025 without know what my apartment looked like. Blindly i took a chance and moved from out of state to the watervue apartments with my 3 young kids and dog. When we moved here i was very excited to wash my dog outside instead of a tub our hassling with waterbuckes on the patio. Well.....the bathing station for dogs was gone before we moved here and it was really disappointing since that was bonus points for us . I really wish there was a park for kids and young families but thats not the case . To add there have been many problems with my apartment including .y dryer doesnt dry i asked many times for it to be fixed but all thats done is clean the lint. It take 2 60 min dry cycles to completely dry my clothes and thats doing small loads. Also the sink has a sewage sort of

Completely disrespected by the leasing office. My boyfriend and I were told for 3 weeks that our application looked “great” and “amazing,” yet a week before our move-in date, they ghosted us. We paid $200 to apply just to be toyed with for weeks, which completely bombed our plans to move our current apartment. I can’t imagine why we got denied, but regardless, they didn’t even have the decency to just tell us we weren’t approved. Weird and disrespectful behavior- FYI!
