I honestly wish i could put negative 0 stars , please do not move here . No privacy , they are constantly in and out of your apartment stating “inspections” , they’re able to come in even if you’re sleeping and unaware they are there … yes they leave notice but it’s honestly so uncomfortable and weird to me. This is one of the most uncomfortable and worse apartments i’ve lived in .. people are always complaining on the livly app about dogs or trash or lost packages . You’re paying over 2000 rent and it’s not worth it at all , pictures are definitely deceiving, this apartment shouldn’t be more than 1800 literally, it’s not horrible but definitely over priced , just not worth it at all unless you don’t care about throwing money in the air . Just trash , i can’t wait to move out of here. Also

These people leave personal threats and eviction notices without any standing and having received rent paid in full already- they are fully aware that their online system glitches and does not work! Upon moving in the people next door chain smoked cigarettes during my whole 9 month pregnancy, bullied me when Waterveiw FINALLY spoke to them; this took about 6 complaints and months and months of tolerating their smoke. And months of pleading with those people to take any action or take us seriously. They seem to leave false positive reviews, so caution if you actually can’t pay rent on time these people give you 3 days notice how absolutely stressful and absurd. I have mold in my apartment, me and my family are struggling do weeks!! And guess what when I too the manager she said I have to out of pocket even tho I’m paying over $2000 rent and I did not create the mold in this apartment I hired a company and I was told this apartment had mold before and was never cleaned just just painted it, the manager did told a person to come and clean and she called me saying that if I didn’t think it looked good I could contact her so I tried to contact her for weeks and Patricia never delivered my message or had the manager call me back or maybe the manager didn’t want to call me back but the point is that i finally went in person and I caught her in the office and told her what was going on, the next day she calls me saying that the person she sent to clean

Patricia is a wonderful person; we need someone like her when we move into the building. She's always very attentive and always ready to help. Anything I need in my apartment, they come right away to fix. I have no words to thank them for how efficient they are. I love living here.

Wonderful place to live! Patricia in the office is always available and helpful. Jose and Carlos in maintenance are amazing! And they’re all super friendly and go above and beyond what is expected of them.
