Waterview Apartments

From moving from Gallatin to here I swear it's a complete 180. No longer do I pull up and see a bunch of teenagers fighting in the parking lot or unsupervised children causing havoc on the buildings. It's quiet. I've loved living in my townhome! We had some AC issues that were always solved in a timely fashion. The ladies in the front office are both super nice and friendly. I love waking up and going to the mailbox and seeing baby deer and bunnies! 😍 All in all it's been a wonderful experience I love living here.

Samantha and her regional team are amazing to work with. They truly care about Waterview and their communities throughout the city. They are taking steps to maintain and care for the property and keep their tenants happy. Dominium is a wonderful and responsible management company. We are more than happy to help them with restoring their beautiful properties!

I just wanted to give the maintenance a 5 star review Geo and his team has went above and beyond to make sure everything for me has been completed by far the best team that I’ve seen on this property the property is more clean and neat more than I have seen in the years I’ve been here keep up the great work guys

Worst living experience of my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They painted over 10+ years of people smoking inside the apartment and the tobacco was literally bleeding through the paint. There were rats in the HVAC, tons of mold and mildew and my family had terrible allergies. Neighbors that drank and were loud until 3, 4, 5amost nights and left us unable to sleep with 2 children in the apartment. The locks are not keys you have to scan them and they regularly do not work. Most times this happens after hours so you cannot get in without leaving a maintenance voicemail. We had to climb to our balcony several times and leave that door unlocked so we could get inside our unit. Sometimes the door would not lock when we left so we'd have to leave our place insecure. One Star — Save Yourself the Heartache Waterview Apartments in Hendersonville, TN? Horrible. From the moment I moved in, it’s been nothing but disappointment and disrespect. Nobody told me that the townhomes don’t cool upstairs—especially in this Tennessee heat. My son has asthma, y’all. That ain’t no small thing. But every time I ask for help, I get the same cold reply: “There’s nothing we can do.” Now the heat creepin’ back, and I asked for something simple—let me out the lease without punishment, or move me to a cooler unit just to make it through.
