Waterview Apartments

I met with Khalesa to view an apartment and the property grounds. Khalesa was so nice and pleasant, she was very thorough in explaining everything about the unit layout and property amenities and the management’s attentiveness to tenants. I had a wonderful tour with Khalesa! She was so welcoming when I first arrived! She goes above and beyond. She answered every question I had honestly, and it felt like I was already visualizing myself in the community because of her! The apartments are quiet and looked just like the pics on the internet. Today Khalesa I had an amazing tour of the apartment, and the agent truly made the experience exceptional. She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and making me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. Her positive energy and genuine care really stood out. The apartment itself is beautiful and welcoming, and thanks to her, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here and working with her!

My sister and I were assisted by Khalesa, she ensured the best experience. Extremely kind and very willing to help when it comes to questions and concerns. Her interaction with my baby boy was beautiful. She already made Waterview feel like home. I definitely look forward to seeing her again!

I am looking to move into a new apartment in the next couple of months while my place gets fixed up. Tonnie is a gem - she gave a great tour of the property grounds and a great tour of the unit that was available to rent - she also answered all of the questions I had during the tour about amenities, etc. The grounds are in great shape and I can tell Waterview does a good job of maintaining their units. When the time is right, I will likely be looking to sign a lease with Waterview as my place undergoes renovations!
