I have been living here for two years now and I just renewed my lease for my third year. When I first got here I was worried because of the area although no one can control the area we’re in. I was also worried because I had some past situations that happened to me and due to that I didn’t think I would even be able to get a place here, but Jordan made it happen for me and my kids and she took a chance on me. Jordan and Jade do their best to make sure the complex is and feels as safe as possible. Security will come anytime you call them to patrol and make sure we’re all good. The complex is a lot nicer and a lot cleaner than it used to be and that’s because everyone is working hard to make sure this is a good community and place to call home. I have been here almost a year and I love it. They are very flexible if you fall behind at all! I plan to renew my lease next month. Office staff is nice and maintenance always comes within 2 days of me entering a work order request. Recommended for first starting out or if you are trying to get on your feet, they are a second chance complex.

My experience with staff have been straight forward about the rules but the know the environment and the different types of cultures but they give you a chance to prove to yourself if you want a roof over your head they're very flexible will help you if you help yourself I thank them for showing grace in certain situations it ain't the Apt complex or the staff it's what u make off it yourself

I was nervous about moving in this area but it was the only place that would rent too me since had an eviction .so far I haven't had any issues with the community and the landlord Jordan is really nice and tries her best to get things done.
