Waterside Oaks Apartments

My experience at this complex was very disappointing. From the start, noise from my upstairs neighbors was nonstop, stomping all day and night to the point where my kids couldn’t even study in peace, trying to sleep during quiet hours was a nightmare. Those people never slept. Family and friends witnessed it, and even after sending management a video, they claimed it was “hard to hear.” Later, I began having issues with my downstairs neighbors too. Nothing was ever resolved despite multiple complaints. The property is poorly maintained, with trash left outside the dumpster even when it isn’t full, and kids running around unsupervised. Living at Waterside Oaks has been nothing short of a nightmare. The property is poorly managed and completely lacking in respect for residents' privacy. Maintenance staff — and sometimes even management — enter your unit without any notice, often multiple times a month, which is not only invasive but possibly illegal. The community itself is chaotic. Unsupervised kids constantly damage property, litter, and cause disturbances day and night. It’s not a safe or quiet environment by any means. Used condoms and trash are regularly found in the parking lot — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any place calling itself "residential." The pool was open for a single day the entire summer, despite being advertised as an amenity. It's just one of many things falsely promised by management. Mo

I love waterside oaks I love my apartment I love the people love the people in the office and it's it's a good neighborhood I really love Watertown I have been here 4 months almost 5 months and I have never had a problem I think all these people that is talking about and having problems is because you're not doing the right thing just got to keep your apartment clean and obey the rules

Do not move here!!!! They do not care about you or your family. When life happens and you are late on your rent a few times they do not try to work with you they will throw you and your family out and still expect you to give them rent as if you don’t need the money to move. They will say one thing and swear you had them confused with someone else and they didn’t say what you know for a fact they said. They charge you attorney fees before even filing eviction on you and the attorney fees are not even going to an attorney. Even when you have all the rent plus all of their bogus fees if you have been late more than twice they will not take your rent but will wait til court and request the rent and still put you out. I lived there for a little under a year and it was a good one. I got my refund within 2 week of moving out. They also let me out of my lease early with no penalties.
