Peoples are so jealous and this neighborhood, Of the prettiest house over there When you drive and to the gate you will see it, It must be a celebrity that lives there. Because kids stays in front of it playing, Peoples are always taken pictures of this beautiful house People's love to park in front of it Because it's so beautiful Pretend they are the ones who LIVES there 😆 🤣This lady got to be proud of her beautiful home Because so many people ADMIRES.

Mr. Byron & Mrs. Kaitlyn was a blessing to me and my family. They gave me a chance when no one else would. After a year and on the 3rd management & the maintenance crew, thats an entirely different story. You half to stay on them when things need to be fixed. They never come an fix nothing since i been here he only showed up 1 or 2 times. As far as "Waterside Court" itself is an amazing place to live it's quite, where rules are enforced and everyone looks after everyone for you and their safety. New management I feel like she don't care and I rather have my own and fight to fix my own stuff instead of begging management to send someone to fix it for me. Sad FYI get your own and save the high rent.

I've been here since 2014. I'm very proud of this property. There are pro's and cons. When I first moved in for years. The dumpster was ok. Nowadays, kids just throws the trash around the dumpster. So, it can be very embarrassing. But come Monday it's clean again. Now, as for Byron, he was a hand full. Thought he couldn't be touched. When you called Robin the head corporate lady. He was protected by her. Alot of residence couldn't stand him. Including myself. Some moved off. Others like myself and long living residence are still here. But, Byron is no longer here. Ms. April is the property manager now. So, as for right now I can truly say she is helpful and listen to me, so I'm sure she listens to everyone else on property. When I applied for waterside the manager Byron started off flirting which was uncomfortable than say he will make sure I get approved so he could see me everyday. Took a month for him to call and say I got approved and than waited 2wks before I had to move out my apt and called back saying I didn't get approved because of a mistake my recent apartment leasing office made and she told him it was a mistake. But I believe its because he found out I had a man and he started giving me a very hard time. He is very unprofessional

I am a resident of waterside court apartments. Do not move here unless there is another property manager. I went into the office to speak with the property manager Byron. He walked off mid conversation which is very unprofessional. He is very condescending and rude. He told me that upper management will not do anything to help me but tell me to speak with him. As if He has the power. I need to speak with a regional supervisor, district supervisor or owner.
