Waterside at Lynnhaven

Valita is great and quick to respond. It’s apartment and townhome living so of course there is noise from neighbors but it isn’t excessive or consistently loud. Central location. The only thing I wish was more efficient is parking but even so haven’t had any persistent issues with that either!!! All in all, great rentals for the price and location!!

Apartments are very cold during the winter and the heat escapes. The maintenance crew comes when they want to not when you need them. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything that someone does next door. What is a good location to be near everything.

Have been here for 6 months and have had no problems! Maintenance comes fast to fix any problems. Miss Valita is always helpful and is prompt to answer any questions! Great place to stay.

Office staff is very lovely, very attentive when given concerns and provides solutions in a fast timely manner. Coupled with the good prices they offer, it makes living here so much more enjoyable

Originally I left a bad review but I thought more about it and it isn't the complex's fault. Yeah the Internet is bad, but the property manager is kind and hard working, the scenery is nice. Haven't heard any drama outside since I moved in, and they actively keep up with the complex with bug control, repairs and more.
