Waterside Apartments

I've enjoyed my stay at Water's Edge and being riverside by the Delaware. My maintenance issues are addressed quickly and Cynthia and the team have been very kind and helpful. The neighborhood is friendly, and there is nothing like ending a warm summers' day by the river. If you're looking for the best apartments for rent in Northeast Philadelphia, I would recommend Water's Edge.

Ally has been nothing short from amazing! We toured on Sunday, applied Monday, signed Tuesday, and moved in Wednesday! The communal renovations are gorgeous and we love our space even more. Ally has ensured every little nook and cranny of our concerns were met, and has been a delight to work with.

We had a really great experience throughout the application process and our move-in day. A special thank you to Ally who made something as stressful as moving incredibly easy. From the initial tour, to move-in day, and everything in between, Ally and Cynthia answered all our questions timely and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our unit. The property is beautiful and we are so happy here!

My stay at waterside has been incredible. I moved in during the transition from the old management to the current one. New management is incredible, pleasant and solution based. Cynthia ally and Jaden are angels, all my requests get taken care of. They are truly the best. I love the saltwater pool and all of the new modifications.

I’ve lived here for less than a year and I’m ready to move out. Despite multiple complaints to management, they have not been able to stop the smoking problem. The whole hallway smells like cigarettes and sometimes like weed. My wife has asthma and wakes up coughing just because of the cigarette smoke. And before you ask, yes, you can get a second hand high from the weed with the door closed. At least you don’t need to buy weed if you move in here lol.
