This place will always hold a very special place in my heart. My parents lived here for years, and it’s truly where so many memories were made especially with my Dad. During one of the most difficult and heartbreaking times our family has ever faced, the care, compassion, and support shown to us meant more than words can ever express. Melissa, the manager, is absolutely incredible. She leads with kindness, empathy, and genuine care. The maintenance team is just as amazing always respectful, responsive, and truly wonderful people. I lived here for 6 years this place made me depressed, Never give this place your money please the way i was treated wasn’t right i am actively building a case to sue them i was never late on my rent in 6 years they still took my deposit plus charged me an extra $355 plus they took $1,162 this place is rude Melissa go around trying people who she is going to evict which isn’t professional at all but i believe in a powerful God she will get what’s coming to her. I was charged $355 for damages which the blinds was missing 2 in large bedroom, my son had a small hole in 1 of the blinds inside his bedroom i am a honest person i would cover that but the way i was treated by the whole office is sad The mental distress that i was put through is so unfortunate but i learned from this never rent fro

I’ve lived at Waters Edge Estates apartments for almost a month. The apartment is clean and it’s nice! The management and the maintenance crew are great! So friendly and helpful when ever they’re needed! It’s a great place to live. I’m really happy here!

DO! NOT! EVER! MOVE! HERE! Mold, mold, mold….lived there for 3 years and it’s the typical “see a problem, slap a bandaid”. Upstairs bathroom started leaking water and the mold that started growing within days! All they did was scrape it. Guess it’s not a problem as long as “THEY'RE” not living in it. Never once in 3 years was the pool open. Laundry room: go open your washer and it will be full of water so you’ll have to transfer your clothes into another washer and pay again, fun times.
